Engineering:

Title: Senior Engineering and Manufacturing Manager
Location: work out of your home-based office
Comp: Base salary can go into the six figures.
Bonus eligible
Qualifications: Degreed engineer with at least 10-15 years of experience. Manufacturing experience. Experience with structural steel. International experience. Ability to travel both domestically and internationally 40%-60%. You will lead the effort to develop one of our client’s existing products internationally.

Title: Director of Technology Development
Location: Chicago Metro Area
Salary: $100K-$125K with bonus potential of 35%+
Requirements: B.S. Degree in Engineering, Software or other related technical field. Masters is a plus Ten years of Management experience, preferably in the field of engineering application and/or Software development. Ability to travel internationally, Hands on mgmt style related to advancement of technology and software. Demonstrated ability to work with customers to senior managment levels at major accounts.

Materials Management:

Title: Mgr of Materials and Procurement
Compensation: $90K plus bonus
Location: SW Side of Chicago
Qualifications: Degree required. APICS certification is a plus. Ideal background would be somebody out of plastics manufacturing, ideally injection molding, or out of a high speed consumer product manufacturing operation. Any lean manufacturing or six sigman experience is desirable.
