Qualifications: Job Shop environment. Minimum of ten years plant
supervisory /management experience. Continuous Improvement experience also
beneficial.
Title: Shift Supervisor
Location: Southwest Suburbs of Chicago
Comp: $60K-$70K with bonus
Qualifications: Must be able to work 12 shift starting at 7pm. Solid
experience in manufacturing supervision with emphasis on high speed operations.
Title: Shift Foreman
Location: South Chicago
Comp: Up to $80K
Qualifications: High speed heavy mfg. experience in an environment such
as a tube mill, metal forming or roll forming.
Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift. Ability to supervise four direct reports and a crew of
up to 40 employees.

Location: NE Texas near Paris/Mt. Pleasant
Comp: $60K-$70K plus bonus opportunity.
Qualifications: Degreed HR professional with experience in a manufacturing environment. Hands on position. Should have strong recruiting and
performance evaluation skills. Excellent employee relations abilities.

Location: North Suburbs of Chicago
Comp: $50K-$70K with incentives and sales override. Potential of six
figures.
Qualifications: Degreed with five to ten years of purchasing experience.
Must have high energy and an excellent work ethic. Be able to work in north
burbs office but also go to mfg and distribution sites. Need a high performing
individual.
