Carolyn Potter Senior Associate, Carolyn Potter has been with B. J. Abrams & Associates since 1994. She has handled searches successfully in a variety of fields including human resources, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, customer service and operations. Carolyn’s previous employment includes teaching school and, more recently, Carolyn was with an international health care search firm where she placed healthcare professionals. In addition, she developed the human resource function for that firm’s contract agency division. Carolyn has found that focusing on customer satisfaction has been essential to the success she has experienced throughout her professional life. A graduate of the University of Michigan, Carolyn is a native and current resident of north suburban Chicago, living there with her husband. They have four adult sons. Carolyn is active in a variety of community activities.
